The CMS reports at www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov now include scores for patient care experiences, in addition to clinical information. Other sources include reports from JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), data submitted to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement for stroke and critical care, and links/information about other hospital quality reporting sites.
